Public Procurement Law»back
Public procurement law governs purchases by governmental and quasi-governmental entities. On the one hand, it determines the procedures to be followed by the public sector in procuring supplies, as well as construction or other services. On the other hand, it regulates the legal course of action to be taken by businesses (review proceedings) if they believe that their rights under public procurement law have been infringed upon.
Over the past few years public procurement law has developed into an increasingly complicated branch of law. Solid legal consultation has become a must for successful procurement, for both tenderers and tenderees.
