Aviation Law»back
Aviation law deals with all the aspects of aviation and related legal issues. Questions concerning flight personnel, air traffic, and aeronautical engineering are generally the most relevant for businesses. Other aspects include solving legal problems “on the ground”. Dealing with international issues and situations is part of our daily agenda in this field. From the air traveller’s angle, this might concern claims against airlines, which are usually governed by international agreements, such as the Montreal Agreement. From the entrepreneur’s angle, this might cover a broad range of issues, ranging from the formation of air companies, and fighting the effects of compensation claims, to lobbying for legislation or measures under collective agreements.
